1 pk Yeast
1/3 c Maple syrup
1 c Quick cooking (Quaker) oats
1 tb Cooking oil
3 c Bread flour
1 1/4 c Plus 1 Tbsp. very warm water
1 ts Salt

Put all the ingredients into the pan, select white bread and push start.
