1/2 pound loaf 1 1/2 tb Sugar
1 1/8 c Buttermilk 3/4 c Grated extra-sharp cheese
3 c Bread flour 1 1/2 ts Yeast
1 1/2 ts Salt

Use extra sharp cheese. Bake light.
