Irish Bread

Title: Irish Bread

Servings: 1

1/4 lb Butter
2 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
2 Eggs
1 c Milk
2 1/2 c Flour
1 c Raisins

Cream butter and sugar. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and add to butter mixture alternately with milk. Add raisins. Pour into 8" X 8" pan. Bake at 350 degrees one hour.
